How does the $50 service call fee work?
The service call covers our visit and initial diagnosis. If we go ahead and do the work, the $50 is applied toward your total — so you're not paying it twice.
Should I book a package or pay by the hour?
For a single, quick task, hourly ($85–125/hr depending on complexity) is usually best. If you need several things done — like a network, smart devices and a security check — a package bundles them at a 10–15% discount.
What's included in the $75/month maintenance plan?
Ongoing technical support for your devices and network, so you have someone to call when something stops working and your systems stay up to date.
Do you help people who aren't comfortable with technology?
Absolutely. Technology training for seniors and digital literacy coaching are core services. We go at your pace, explain things in plain English, and can set up remote assistance so help is always a call away.
Can you build a website for my business?
Yes — website design, domain and hosting setup, business email, basic SEO, social media accounts and online stores. A custom website is also included in the Platinum package.
Do you run community workshops?
